Incident Summary:

10/21/2016: Two suicide bombers raided a Sunir Company power plant in Dibis, Kirkuk, Iraq. At least 16 people, including several Iranian technicians, were executed before security forces killed the assailants. This was one of two coordinated attacks in the area on the same day. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incidents.
