Incident Summary:

10/19/2016: Assailants detonated explosives at the Nationality and Passport Directorate building in Mosul, Nineveh, Iraq. At least 16 civilians were injured in the blast. This was one of three similar attacks targeting government buildings in the city on the same day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attacks to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
