Incident Summary:

09/29/2016: Assailants in a boat were identified by security forces while attempting to attack the Warri Refining and Petrochemical Company (WRPC) oil refinery and the Pipeline Products Marketing Company (PPMC) oil facility in Warri, Delta, Nigeria. The assailants detonated explosive devices but failed to cause any casualties. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
