09/10/2016: An explosive device detonated against a civilian vehicle in Hozat district, Tunceli, Turkey. At least one person was killed in the blast. This was one of two related attacks in Hozat district on this date. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
