08/16/2016: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle and assailants opened fire on border security forces in Ramadi, Al Anbar, Iraq. At least 20 assailants were killed and four border guards were injured in the attack and ensuing clash. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incident.
