Incident Summary:

07/00/2016: Sometime between July 16, 2016 and August 2, 2016, assailants abducted six people, including three Afghan National Army (ANA) soldiers, two Afghan Police officers, and one civilian, from a bus in Bala Buluk district, Farah, Afghanistan. All six hostages were hanged on August 16, 2016. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
