Incident Summary:

07/22/2016: Assailants attempted to plant explosive devices targeting the Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) Trans Ramos pipeline in Odimodi, Delta, Nigeria. The assailants also took two civilians hostage at the site. The assailants left the area after failing to excavate the pipeline, and the two hostages later escaped. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
