06/04/2016: Assailants opened fire on civilians fleeing in boats along the Euphrates River in Fallujah, Al Anbar, Iraq. At least 13 people were killed in the assault. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
