Incident Summary:

05/14/2016: Assailants stopped a public service vehicle in Opogodo, Choco, Colombia. A miner, identified as Tulio Antonio Hurtado Ibarguen, was abducted and his vehicle was set on fire in the attack. Hurtado was released unharmed on May 16, 2016. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN).
