Incident Summary:

04/13/2016: A suicide bomber detonated targeting members of the Misrata Brigades who were responding to an earlier attack on Essdada checkpoint in Qararat al-Qatef, Misrata, Libya. In addition to the bomber, at least one member was killed and another was injured in the attack. This was one of two coordinated attacks on the same date. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Tripoli Province of the Islamic State.
