04/04/2016: Assailants attacked militia members in Saladin, Iraq. This was one of two coordinated attacks in the area on the same day. At least six militia members were killed and 18 members were injured across both attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
