Incident Summary:

03/23/2016: Assailants and suicide bombers driving explosives-laden vehicles attacked security forces in Hit, Al Anbar, Iraq. Security members repelled the assault, killing four suicide bombers while a fifth assailant detonated. Six soldiers were killed and 13 soldiers were injured in the blast. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incident.
