Incident Summary:

03/02/2016: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated near a Syrian Revolutionaries Front (SRF) headquarters in Al-Isha, Quneitra, Syria. At least 18 people, including SRF members and civilians, were killed and an unknown number of other people were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), Al-Nusrah Front, and Al-Muthana Islamic Movement.
