Incident Summary:

02/16/2016: Four assailants attempted to carry out extortion activities in Dillipathar village, Assam, India. Police officers and soldiers ambushed the assailants, killing all four in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the National Socialist Council of Nagaland-Khaplang (NSCN-K) and the United Liberation Front of Assam (ULFA).
