02/01/2016: A suicide bomber detonated at the entrance of the Afghan National Civil Order Police (ANCOP) headquarters in Dehmazang neighborhood, Kabul city, Kabul province, Afghanistan. In addition to the assailant, at least 20 people were killed and 25 people were injured in the attack. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack.

Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
