Incident Summary:

12/26/2015: An explosive device detonated near a civilian truck in Chin Swe Haw village, Shan state, Myanmar. At least three people were killed and three others were wounded in the blast. A second device was discovered and defused nearby. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the National Democratic Alliance Army (NDAA-ESSA).
