Incident Summary:

12/08/2015: Assailants opened fire on police officers in Nusaybin city, Mardin province, Turkey. One officer was killed and two officers were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
