Incident Summary:
11/29/2015: Assailants attacked a Congolese National Police office in Beni city, North Kivu province, Democratic Republic of the Congo. There were no reported casualties in the attack. This was one of four related attacks in North Kivu province on this date. Twelve assailants were killed across the four related incidents. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources attributed the attacks to the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF).

Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
