Incident Summary:

11/05/2015: Assailants, including suicide bombers, attacked volunteer fighters and security forces with explosives-laden vehicles at the airport in Siniyah, Saladin, Iraq. Security forces repelled the assault, killing seven assailants. This was one of two coordinated attacks in the area. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incidents.
