Incident Summary:

10/26/2015: Assailants tied three civilians to Roman-era columns on a structure outside Palmyra, Homs governorate, Syria. The assailants then detonated explosive devices, killing the three civilians in the blasts. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
