09/03/2015: Assailants abducted Ramon Jose Cabrales Camacho in Venadillo, Norte de Santander, Colombia. Camacho, a government adviser, was released on March 23, 2016. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN).
