08/30/2015: An explosive device detonated near a dam construction site along Buyuk Cesme Avenue outside of Silvan, Diyarbakir province, Turkey. At least one person was killed and another was injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
