Incident Summary:

08/19/2015: A suicide bomber in an explosives-laden vehicle detonated near a Kurdish Asayish Headquarters in Qamishli city, Al Hasakah governorate, Syria. In addition to the bomber, at least 11 people were killed and 29 others were injured in the blast. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the attack.
