Incident Summary:

08/19/2015: Assailants detonated a remote-controlled roadside bomb targeting a military vehicle on Siirt-Pervari highway in Sirvan district, Siirt province, Turkey. Eight soldiers were killed and seven others were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
