08/15/2015: A suicide bomber detonated at a market in Rumurigo village, Borno state, Nigeria. In addition to the bomber, at least two people were killed and seven people were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected that Boko Haram was involved.

Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.

Successful Attack
Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
