08/14/2015: Assailants detonated an explosives-laden van and opened fire against a gendarmerie unit in Pulumur district, Tunceli province, Turkey. At least two people, including a soldier and a civilian, were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
