Incident Summary:

08/09/2015: Assailants torched Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) vehicles in Donetsk city, Donetsk oblast, Ukraine. At least four vehicles were damaged in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, authorities attributed the attack to the Donetsk People's Republic, which denied involvement.
