07/04/2015: An assailant opened fire on Marine soldiers in Sitio Lungan Gitong, Bus-Bus village, Sulu province, Philippines. A soldier was killed and another was injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, police officials suspected that the assailant was a member of the Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG).
