Incident Summary:

07/03/2015: Assailants attacked residents and dragged them out of their houses in Miringa village, Borno state, Nigeria. At least 11 people were killed in the raid. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram, noting that the victims were accused of fleeing several months prior when Boko Haram was forcing civilians to join their ranks.
