07/02/2015: Assailants attacked a police checkpoint with firearms and grenades in Dih Yak district, Ghazni province, Afghanistan. Seven police officers and three assailants were killed and five officers and four assailants were injured in the assault. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incident to the Taliban.
