Incident Summary:

06/30/2015: A suicide bomber detonated in Tall Abyad city, Raqqah governorate, Syria. Following the blast, assailants then attacked the city. At least five people, including one People's Protection Units (YPG) member and four assailants, were killed in the incident. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
