06/23/2015: An explosives-rigged house detonated as security forces were attempting to defuse it in Saladin governorate, Iraq. Four volunteer fighters were killed and five others were injured between this and another similar attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources attributed the attacks to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2
