06/18/2015: Assailants opened fire on a military patrol in Purok Manga area, Davao del Sur province, Philippines. Two assailants were killed and 10 others, including five assailants and five soldiers, were injured in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the New People's Army (NPA).
