05/31/2015: Assailants ambushed soldiers and militia members in Khalidiyah town, Al Anbar governorate, Iraq. At least 13 security members were killed and 41 members were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
