05/16/2015: Assailants attacked security forces near Karma, Al Anbar governorate, Iraq. This was one of two coordinated attacks in the area on the same day. Security forces repelled both assaults, killing eight assailants and destroying two explosives-laden vehicles. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incident.
