05/13/2015: An explosive device detonated while security personnel were attempting to defuse it in Rafah city, North Sinai governorate, Egypt. Four soldiers were killed in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Sinai Province of the Islamic State.
