05/02/2015: Assailants threw grenades at the convoy of Rao Anwar in Karachi city, Sindh province, Pakistan. Anwar, the former Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) for Malir town, was unharmed; however, five assailants were killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incident to Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
