Incident Summary:

04/30/2015: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated near a bakery in Al Iskan area, Baghdad city, Baghdad governorate, Iraq. At least seven people were killed and 19 people were injured in the blast. Security forces discovered and defused two more explosives-laden vehicles in the area. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that the attack was carried out in retaliation for attacks on displaced Sunni civilians.
