Incident Summary:

04/20/2015: Suicide bombers and assailants armed with firearms, grenades, and mortars attacked Peshmerga forces in a village near Daqouq, Kirkuk, Iraq. This was one of two coordinated attacks on villages in the area on the same day. Five Peshmerga members were killed and 16 were injured across both attacks. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attacks to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
