Incident Summary:

04/18/2015: An explosive device planted in a can was discovered and defused outside of a military detachment on Notre Dame Avenue in Cotabato City, Maguindanao province, Philippines. This was one of three related attacks by the same assailants on the same night. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Movement (BIFM).
