Incident Summary:

04/17/2015: Assailants opened fire on drivers of a United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA) convoy near Gao city, Gao region, Mali. Two drivers were killed and one other person was wounded in the attack. Al-Mua'qi'oon Biddam Brigade (Those who Sign with Blood) and Movement for Oneness and Jihad in West Africa (MUJAO), two groups that reportedly merged into Al-Mourabitoun, claimed responsibility for the incident.
