Incident Summary:
04/04/2015: Assailants attacked an Afghan Local Police (ALP) checkpoint in Kharaba, Farah province, Afghanistan. This was one of three similar attacks in Pusht Rod district and one of two incidents targeting checkpoints on the same day. At least 15 people, including five police officers and 10 assailants, were killed and 21 others, including three officers and 18 assailants, were injured across the two attacks. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.

Criteria 1
