04/01/2015: Assailants stopped vehicles along the highway and kidnapped nine civilians in Dah Marda, Sari Pul province, Afghanistan. All nine hostages were released on April 14, 2015. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
