Incident Summary:
03/21/2015: Assailants abducted 15 Congolese refugees and one other Congolese national near the Central African Republic border in Democratic Republic of the Congo. Thirteen of the hostages were released on March 23, 2015; however, the fate of the remaining three hostages is unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA).

Criteria 1
