03/15/2015: A suicide bomber in an explosives-laden vehicle detonated near Shia militia members southeast of Samarra city, Saladin governorate, Iraq. In addition to the bomber, at least three militia members were killed in the blast. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incident.
