Incident Summary:

03/12/2015: Approximately 300 explosives devices hidden in a tunnel detonated underneath an Iraqi Army headquarters in Ramadi city, Al Anbar governorate, Iraq. At least 40 soldiers were killed in the blasts. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
