Incident Summary:

03/12/2015: An explosive device planted in the car of Sheikh Mustafa al-Rammah detonated in Bayda city, Al Bayda governorate, Yemen. Rammah, a tribal elder, was killed in the blast. Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that the attack was carried out in response to Huthis targeting Muslim protesters.
