03/10/2015: An explosive device detonated outside of the Civil-Military Operations (CMO) office on Pedro Colina Hill, Cotabato City, Maguindanao, Philippines. There were no reported casualties in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Movement (BIFM).
