Incident Summary:

03/03/2015: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle near a Afghan National Army (ANA) base in Shakar Shela area, Sangin district, Helmand province, Afghanistan. In addition to the suicide bomber, eight people, including civilians, were killed and eight others were wounded in the blast. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
