Incident Summary:

02/19/2015: A suicide bomber detonated and additional assailants opened fire on police officers responding to the scene of an earlier attack in Spin Boldak district, Kandahar province, Afghanistan. Two assailants, three civilians, and one police officer were killed and eight police officers wounded in the ensuing clash. This was one of two related attacks in Spin Boldak on this day. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the coordinated attacks.
